Impurities

Skin blemishes

How do you get rid of skin blemishes?

The right facial treatment is necessary!

Acne/blemishes/pimples is one of the most common skin diseases of all - and the trend is increasing. In particular, so-called "late-onset or adult acne" is on the rise. This is probably because, like hardly any other skin disease, it is often treated incorrectly or not at all due to a lack of knowledge of the causes and is thus promoted by those affected themselves.

Possible causes of acne

It is not yet entirely clear why some people have fewer acne problems and others have more. In any case, genetic predisposition and hormone levels play a significant role (for example puberty). Factors such as stress, medication and, last but not least, environmental factors can also play an important role.

Factors that promote acne However, it is often also due to improper, incorrect care, such as excessive peeling applications, and ingredients in cosmetic products that can have a comedogenic (blackhead-promoting) effect, i.e. that promote the sticking of skin cells in the pores.

ingredients There are a number of cosmetic products that are suspected of promoting impurities.

They should not be included if the skin is prone to blemishes or acne.

Treatment of acne

Many affected people now believe that they only need to go to the doctor with their spots, where they will be given acne medication and the spots will then disappear. Only when they fail to achieve success do they realise that it is not that easy. The same thing happens if you go to a beautician regularly but continue to use the wrong products at home. In this respect, a visible improvement in the skin's appearance can only be achieved through the interaction of all the necessary measures.

Effective treatment of acne requires Patience, self-discipline and proper care. Only through regular, professional removal of acne lesions by a qualified beautician in combination with the right care at home and possibly additional medication from a dermatologist can significant relief of acne symptoms be achieved.
